Core Values

  • The importance of family,
  • The power of team,
  • Being leaders,
  • Commitment to learn and grow (both personally and professionally),
  • Commitment to the community.

Our Core Purpose

In the winter of 2003, the Doctors’ Kessler created Town Center Dentistry and Orthodontics with three goals in mind:

1) To create a relationship based dental office that focuses on optimal dental and orthodontic care in a high tech and comfortable setting,

2) To be an integral part of the Stapleton and the greater Denver communities, supporting charities and causes important to both the Kessler’s and to the world at large,

3) To create a team of leaders committed to self improvement both personally and professionally.

This is how we do it:

1) To create a relationship based dental office that focuses on optimal dental and orthodontic care in a high tech and comfortable setting, The Doctors and Team spend the necessary time “discovering” who our patients are as individuals and what they desire out of our professional relationship. We feel that everyone deserves to hear what ideal dentistry sounds like for them. Through our consultative process, the patients decide what works best for them in their current lifestyles and personal situations.

We focus on three aspects of dentistry that are necessary to provide optimal care

1) Health of the teeth and gums
2) The function of the teeth as they relate to the jaw joints (or TMJ)
3) The aesthetics of the smile

By focusing on the health, the function and the aesthetics, the dentistry that we provide will look exceptional and natural, and it will have the opportunity to be long-lasting with minimal problems.

2) To be an integral part of the Stapleton and the greater Denver communities, supporting charities and causes important to both the Kessler’s and to the world at large,

We wanted to create a viable business that was not only successful but also has great significance.

In the short time of our existence, we are proud to have donated time, effort and money * to many charities and organizations near and dear to our hearts. Some of these include: The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, Sobriety House, inc., Metropolitan Denver Dental Foundation to provide dental services for Domestic Violence Victims, Westerly Creek School, The Odyssey School, The Logan School for Creative Learning, Montclair Preschool, Denver School of the Arts, Youth for Christ-West Africa project, and The Junior League just to name a few.

It brings us great joy in knowing that we are doing our part in making this world a better place. We encourage others to support organizations that are important to them.

* Money donated was from two sources:

1) Personal donations from TCDO, and
2) Funds raised collectively through community fundraisers in which our patients received a service such as teeth whitening and one hundred percent of the money was donated to the specific charity.
3) To create a team of leaders committed to self improvement both personally and professionally.

We spend countless hours as a team training and identifying ways to better serve our patients. While we are growing personally to be the best individuals that we can be, we are able to be the best at our roles in serving you professionally.

The Doctors’ Kessler both lecture nationally and Dr. Brett writes articles on well-being issues. We encourage other professionals to follow our lead in choosing an individual practice philosophy that can be executed passionately and with significance.

We are active in leadership roles with our local, state and national dental societies. We attend hundreds of hours of continuing education to assure that we are practicing at the highest quality level. Dr Brett has served as President of the Colorado Dental Association.

Dr. Brett is an Associate Professor at the University of Colorado, School of Dentistry in the Department of Restorative Dentistry focusing on the science of occlusion.
